1. Eligibility Anyone 18 or older with an active online presence (website, blog, social media, or YouTube channel) may apply. TrustedAir reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.

2. Commission & Payouts Affiliates earn a commission on each completed sale generated through their unique referral link. Commissions are paid out monthly via PayPal/bank transfer/etc. once a minimum balance of $100 is reached. Sales that are refunded or charged back are not eligible for commission.

3. Cookie Window Referrals are tracked via a 30-day cookie. If a customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your link, you receive credit for the sale.

4. Affiliate Conduct You may not bid on TrustedAir branded keywords in paid search ads, misrepresent the product, make false claims, or use spam to drive traffic. Violations may result in immediate termination.

5. FTC Disclosure Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with TrustedAir in any content that includes affiliate links, in compliance with FTC guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property TrustedAir will provide approved logos and creative assets. You may not alter branded materials or create your own without written approval.

7. Termination Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination, any pending commissions on confirmed, non-refunded sales will still be paid out per the normal schedule.

8. Modifications TrustedAir may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We also collect performance data such as clicks, conversions, and commission totals through our affiliate tracking system.
